My wife wants one really bad. I figured I could use it for a moving billboard for my upcoming Tanning Salons.
My question is is it considered manly? or will I become the bunt of jokes from my friends?

You will become the bunt of jokes...

I know a guy here that was going to get one and everyone in his office laughed at him so much he decided not to...

Really it is up to what you're comfortable in... Anyone laughs at you, just ask for a picture of their G/F or wife... then show them yours....

My friend just got one to use as a promotional car for his wax company. The car is pretty fun to drive, similar to a go kart but is kind of dog in terms of power in the upper rpm range.

Except when people see you try to get in it!

I'd love to get an Elise for promotional purposes, but there's no place to put any promotional materials on that car - the Mini has some nice sheet metal real estate

Buy an STi instead. More room way faster and easy to modify!

Jeru,

I just checked out your webpage and if that lovely young lady in a few of those photos is your wife... get her anything she freaking wants, dont's ask any questions, just make her happy, and hopefully the favor will be returned. That's my philosophy.

Which one is your wife again? And who's that goofball on the right. What a poser!

I think the mini would draw more attention with logo's on the side. If I did it up with the aerokit and black rally grill that might make it look a little meaner. Lets not forget I am going to tint it so dark no-one will see me inside LOL

I was concerned about this as well. Turns out it has 6 airbags
Stability mgmt, Side Impact Beams and a 4 star Crash Test Rating.
Pretty amazing considering its size.

Here's a pic of KPV's I forgot he had one.

Too funny Britt.

Hey Jeru... why don't you be in charge of bringing the cheerleading team to Orlando.

Here's a link to pics of mine:

IMHO if you get it in the right color (avoid yellow and electric blue) it doesn't look girly at all. As far as hauling capability, it's not the greatest but you can fit some pretty large objects in the car since it is shaped like a big box.
