Yeah? I would imagine it would be better, unless your shifting is less than impressive...

Mid to high 3's if it hooks and if I can keep my shifts @ .2 like usual.

That's a solid performance for 4th gear alone.
Are you on stock gears?
If so, I'd bet a simple 1-increment rear diff gear lower, say 3.42 to 3.73, would take you into the 4's in a similar 4th gear pull.

Member Peshki19 ran a 9.12 in his '06 evo IX SE with 2 shifts. The car is running the stock block, cams and turbos on pump/meth on street tires.

Nice job. Quick car.

Member Dodger63 ran a 8.25 and a 10.8 @ 131 his modded '09 C63 with the following mods:

-MHP headers and tune
-Airbox with scoops
-CF hood and trunk
-Drag radials with skinnies up front
-Race gas
