Yes, I was referring to your run! That is VERY impressive. I asked about transmission b/c the shift took 0.4 seconds which I would think is very slow for the F1 tranny (please don't take offense, I don't mean it in that way). I know that we typically see manuals shifting in the 0.25-0.35 second range.

Thanks on the 4.51.......my car weighs 3,480 without me in it (so about 3,660 with me in it).

It is an egear (F1 type) transmission.

Your run of 4.51 sec is really hauling. Any idea what your car weighs?

No offense taken, you are right. The 3rd to 4th shift does seem slow (slight bit of hesitation) to me as well when driving in this manner. This is occuring at redline under full throttle (im not letting off the gas). I think the computer in the car does not like something there. Whenever I shift from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd the shifts are much faster and smoother. So hopefully we can get that issue worked out soon. The car definitely has sub 5s in her.

I just ran a 8.15 60-130 in my bone stock Z06 with 2-shifts and a slight 1.17% decline.

Nice run Scott. Those Z06s really love that negative sea level dont they?

I think all cars probably love negative sea level. But it's also 94% humidity right now, so I think that evens things out.

Damn that is fast for a stock car. Consider that a stock 996TT is 12.2?

Nice run. What is up with all of the '06 Z06's on the east coast. First we have Ranger and Jamie posting killer 1/4 mile times in theirs and now your run. Amazing. Congrats

Are you having fun in the slow Z?
