That's just nuts Ryan. Amazing accomplishment...I wonder if being a pilot helps? Or...did anyone check the trunk for nitrous???

The last time I ran my bone stock Lexus IS-F 60-130 it was 95 degrees, hot, humid and a Houston summer! The car only had a few thousand miles on her. I ran a best of 13.22 at that time...
Well, today (12/21) it's 47 outside and the car now has about 14,500 miles on the clock. I decided to take her out and run a few 60-130 blasts. She ran STRONG for a bone stock car and posted a.....
11.81 second 60-130 I have sent the file to Scott for verification...
I also checked the MPH at exactly 1320 ft (which is the end of the 1/4 mile) and she was at 115.85 mph. Not an exact science when comparing to trap speed but going just shy of 116 mph at the end of the 1/4 is pretty stout for a comfy daily!

Great time Peter. That's a bit more like what the car LOOKS like it would run. My stock 996TT ran a similar time at one of the first 60-130 events I attended. Have you ever put race gas in her?
#1238
I have never tried race gas....I think she has a 11.5-11.6 in her. I have a FULL tank of gas (filled up this morning with no intention of running) and to top it off, I'm on (at best) decent Valero gas. I am also taking the car in for 15k mile service tomorrow... I think with a 1/4 tank of gas, new fluids and another try I will pull a 11.6 or so...

Very nice Peter!! Now when you are done with it, mail it to me so that I can get some #'s for the Porsche and my IS300. I think the IS, if it hooks, will run a sub 6. Its nice and cold here (5 degress this morning).

Tim, let me think about it...I might just hold off and therefore force you to bring your cars to TX2K9! HA!

Guys,
Art4iza ran a 6.32 60-130 on a 3.6% decline which unfortunately exceeds the 3.0% maximum, so it will not be posted on the list.
He also ran a 7.34 on a 4.1% INCLINE (below) that will be posted.
Now if he can just find a stretch of road in between those two extremes, he should have a solid 6.5 or 6.8 time to submit. Good luck, Art.

I will give it another shot after the new year. Nice to see 7's on the incline.

Nice run, either way.
It's tough to find a very level stretch of "track" in most areas.
