A while back I tried ordering some parts from Cargraphic and they had a recorded message. They never called me back and I thought they were open part time, like thursday and or Friday. Well being a 6 speed member, I saw Eric was on line and just PMed him directly. And guess what?? He replied back to me! You know Eric, you need to start your own company!

Hey Hershel if you read this, please let me know where my lip is.Roll in for HIN is coming up this Friday and if it hasn't been shipped out yet it won't come on time. Right now I have nothing bad to say about Cargraphic, but if my lip doesn't get here on time then i'm going to be very upset because they knew about my deadline for over a month.

I will try and explain to the best of my ability some of the problems that have arisen recently, Please understand due to certain legal matters I will have to be vague, however as a board sponsor and active member of this community I believe out of respect for our clients and fellow board members a brief explanation is necessary. Some of the problems we have been experiencing is a direct result of a legal issue we are experiencing with certain suppliers both abroad and domestically, The issue looks like it may be criminal in nature so I cannot go into any details, I will offer a full explanation once this issue is fully investigated and cleared. That being said those of you that know me and my company know that in 7 years we have always conducted ourselves professionally and focused on client satisfaction, (contrary to what TSO and his 17 negative posts may say.) We have never willingly mishandled a client and for the few the times that we have had issues we have always gone out of our way to find a satisfactory solution at our own expense. (this is, and will always be our philosophy). This is not a funding issue, in fact we are in the process of launching our new web site with more product and more aggressive pricing,We are also working on some amazing projects with some of our partners so 2006/2007 looks to be a great year for us. Unfortunately this is all I can publicly say right now, If anyone has any questions please do not hesitate to IM or Call me anytime, I will try to answer any of your concerns.

So far I'm not pleased with Cargraphic USA and as far as I know they are not even the official distributor of Cargraphic parts anymore. They're impossible to get a hold of and will have to file a credit card dispute to get my money back. I wish it never had to come to this point. Hoppefully things work out for me and other customer's stuck in this mess when the smoke clears.

It's sad to hear when board members have severe problems with sponsors. But hopefully Cargraphic can quickly put their problems to rest. I'm sure they are very anxious to do that.

If they are anxious to resolve the problem why do I still hear the problem this year. It just seems like it's getting worse and worse each year.

I used to be a Cargraphic (Florida) customer but learned their bad business practice through out the years. Isn't what this forum is for to share experience ? Listen! What is the big deal of telling the truth! Plus I am not the one who start this thread. Stop covering up for the sponsors! I think this is a good learning curve for the Cargraphic. Would you rather if I lie to you? Think about it!
