Sportec Brake Cooling Ducts

Where can I get those here in the US? I would love to find a good newor used set. Howmuch do they normally run, and are they hard to come by.

Also,I am probably going to get this 996TT and start modding it. So far I have FVD export and Evo V-Flow going on the car. Where should that put me power wise, and without going crazy, what other mods should I look into power wise. Nothin crazy, just simplestuff

Thanks,
Harris

If your turbo didn't come with program upgrade. ECU flash is the best bang of the buck performance upgrade.

Scott @ http://www.rivalmotorsport.com/ they are the exclusive N/A distirbutor. 315-491-6160 Or Tommy at Brandywine they are also a Sportec Retailer... I think they run about $800 or there about.

BTW They are a PITA to install!

I wouldn't bother with waiting to get them through an "authorized distributor". The sales channels that have been set up by Sportec in the the US are laughable. Utilize Kevin for what he can offer, the parts are not coming from Thailand..trust me on that.

Rival Motorsport is the North American importer for Sportec. The owner is a very good friend of mine and thats why we sell Sportec through Brandywine. Rival and Sportec will be working on a Sportec USA headquaretrs over here in the very near future. Look for quick turn around time for all Porsche items at good pricing.
If you still want a set of the Brake cooling kits let me know and I'll get you some. I can have them shipped directly from Sportec to you. Thanks!

Everything! I got it in my car I love it, it looks OEM specially if you paint the intakes black to match the radiators.

Tom, I am interested in these ducts too. Please email me.
BTW, international shipping with Fed Ex to Western Canada works like a hot damn.

Kiko, does the black plastic crap, to which the front facing intake tubes are mounted, come whith it or do you cut holes in the existing piece?

Thanks, Mike

The kit comes with replacement raditator ducts (Large molded peices, they are just modified OEM peices.) but you will need to cut the rear wheel well cover where th ducts exit. I used a dremel with diamond wheel attachment. There is also some cutting of plastic behind the bumper to give you enough room in order for the hoses to fit.

you can order the parts from Scott at Rivalmotorsport.com or Tommy at Brandywine.
