WOW, 300 miles from Monday to Tuesday? Why dont you just get in touch with the rep for PCNA and ask him (Corbett Head) why on earth this happened. What did the dealer offer a free 15 or 30k service?

30 minutes and i am off to the dealer to raise hell.. I spoke to Kerry West last night the PCNA rep for my area...As he put it " He is going to raise hell about it and more or likely have to write them up..." And now i am gonna go raise some hell as well... So if your in westlake today...and feel the temperature raise well over 100..thats me... raising HELL... at Porsche.

Start taking it to another dealer. It seems like this one has been nothing but problems. Report them to the BBB. Tell PCNA that you have lost confidence in this dealer's ability to accomplish even the most minor tasks without lying or breaking something and register a formal complaint.

Jeff...thats a lot easier said then done...only two other dealerships near my house... 1) Autogallery and let me tell you....those guys...they just dont even have a clue... and 2) Beverly hills...which I LOVE...but if your car breaks down mid day they usually dont have a car to give you to get home with... anyways Westlake is said to have the best 2 service men in the west coast working for them... and thats stated by PCNA

i guess spongy might work...honestly now i think about it its more like walking on woodfloors...you know when one of the planks are buckling and u walk on it...its like a spring spongy feeling... thats the EXACT feeling i get... any ideas on how that happens... I have the Sachs Stage 2 with LWFW only 6k miles

There is a TSB that reads... The axial motion in the plug-in couplings and the associated rolling of the sealing ring can admit air into the hydraulic system. A snap ring, PN 999 230 685 40, must be fitted and the system.
It could also be associated to the accumulator...
I would start with bleeding the system and proceed from there...

BLOODY BULL..thats what happen boys and girls..BULL.. i brought the car back and talked to the Sale manager then the GM...the GM was pretty shocked this happened...he said he will talk to the PCNA rep today or tomorrow and figure something out... Honestly i am pissed...the clutch issue they say is in my head... i went another porsche dealer they felt it a little but it was touch and go so to speak when he drove it...also he is wearing dress shoes while i am wearing slippers (sandals)... so i told him bare foot you feel it more... But I AM JUST PISSED NOW...
They wanted to take me out of my car and put me in the GT if i was feeling like it... I looked and laughed and said.. "Sure i will take the GT if you can get me to fit in it.." (Just to let you know i am 6.2 and about 300 lbs... so its tight)... I just want my dam money back... I want the compensation they offered plus more...and then i will go buy a used 02 or 03 coupe... for about 70k or so...then use the money they give me to modd the hell out of it... DAY OVER...

The clutch pressure accumulator ball can cause some REALLY wierd things to happen with the pedal, just so this piece isn't overlooked. Running or not, it will really mess with you if one is bad. Not saying this is the case, but it shouldn't get overlooked.

Wachuko - do you happen to know the TSB #? - I have a "click" or notch feel to my clutch at the very top of the travel when cold that disappears upon warmup. I had the dealer bleed the clutch and it was 90% better for a few weeks, then click resumed. I suspect that air is somehow getting into the clutch hydralic system - thanks.

Clutch Pedal Sticks
I recently had to go back to the dealer as my clutch pedal would go to the floor and not come back... Slave cylinder had been replaced back in April so I thought it had to do with the accumulator. Turned out to be the Master Cylinder that was leaking. Master Cylinder (PN 996-423-171-52) replaced and system bleed. Covered by standard warranty and CPO.
