MPS2 for a street tire for sure or MPSC but thats if you don't drive in the rain or Toyo RA1, again like a MPSC..very doggy in the rain.

MPS2's are what they are fitting to the new 997TT anyway so you decide.

i think tirerack has a sale on the RE050!!!

i have them as OEM on my 2003 S55 the RE050... they can get a little slippery in the rain.. but then again the car has 500 hp and does weigh quite a bit...

I prefer the original MPS. They appear to have shorter sidewalls (look better on the car) and are better in the rain. The MPS2 are a little stickier on dry pavement, but the MPS has plenty of hold for me (street use). They wear very well and are not too noisy. Overall, the right mix for my use.

Was highly recommended to go with the PS2's - from various sources to boot! Got the tires in the garage now just need the wheels to get here - I hear the PS2's are awesome! Everything I read about them so far has been a strong indicator too!
