I ran my evo 8 at 20 psi (low boost) against 6 speed member and his new X50 480 hp tt.... I got ahead a car .. a bit more.. then he caught up a bit to me... etc.... I have a gt35r garrett turbo with alot of work. BTW- my high boost is 40 psi.
