Thanks to Fred, Robert, and everyone else involved in setting up such an awesome event. The cars were amazing, the drive was fun, and I met some really nice people. I had a great time and am already anticipating the next one. Here are a couple of my favorite pics.

And as you can see, I am already enjoying my brand new TV

Love all of the cars that were there, now only if we could do that in the southern half of the state.

Folks,

If you had fun at this event then you MUST come to the National Event in Chicago in May. Meet everyone from the list and see all the cars, eat, drink and be MERRY!

Good question-I will have to ask. It is definitely some sort of fiber-based material, feels the same as the front bumper. I think it extends much further back under the car than the stock one. It is the standard Ruf RTurbo front end.

My thanks to Fred and everyone else for a great event and in particular for making my very non-car-oriented wife feel welcome. As we left the last light in Half Moon Bay there was an open stretch before we caught up with the group and we might have exceeded the posted limit (like by 3X). She just rolled her eyes and said "well, I guess they can't arrest us all".

Thumbs up

The great thing about this event was that I was able to see all of the mods that folks have done to their Porsches.

I found one that is a "must have". In a particular $100K+ turbo I saw the latest in PIAAM* technology. It really adds something to the car that I am at a loss of words to describe!

that PIAAM looks familiar...

the car smells like paint, because the audio system was done couple hour prior to the meet.
