Can you say Torque? Thanks Neil.

OK, I got the ECU back. Neil at Orton Performance received my ECU by FedEx on Tuesday and it was back in my car this afternoon. Talk about a quick turn around. Neil was very helpful throughout the transaction and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. He gave me an absolutely great deal and great service.

Now for the performance. I'll spell it for you, T O R Q U E! Much better power down low, the bar gauge used to climb from .2 to .3 to .5 and eventually to a spike of .8 or .9 Now, she goes from 0 straight to .8, .9, 1.0 bar and spikes occasionally at 1.1 . Lag is almost non-existent. I definitely feel that after a slight wastegate adjustment and new DV's, it will help hold the boost a little longer. I am now shopping for an exhaust; definitely believe that the stock system is too restrictive. The throttle response is almost instantaneous, definite difference there. I'm going to try and get her over to TPC for another Dyno run. I'll keep you posted.

Congrats. I too have been happy with Neil ar Orton Performance. An exhaust will make a nice difference and the wastgate adjustment or spring kit will be noticable also. Enjoy.

Congrats !

Neil flashed my car also....a year and a half with no issues and great performance. He just installed an exhaust for me last Friday....if you think your car picks up the boost quick now, wait until you get a performance exhaust ! My car now goes from 0.0 to 0.8 and then to 0.9/1.0.

BTW, Neil had 2 Judd F1 V-10 engines in the shop yesterday !!!!

9eleven if you go to the trick or beep rally with PCA you are more than welcome to ride in my car and lsiten to the Miltek exhaust I have on my car. I really like the sounds and the great build quality. Or PM me and we can try to get together before or after the rally.
