Vibration at 80 to 90 mph.

I am getting a slight vibration at 80 to 90 mph, then it subsides if I speed up or slow down. I noticed it last week and I thought it was the tires. They were the original set. So, I just put on a new set of PS2's today. I had them balanced on the Hunter GSP9700, but I am still feeling a vibration.

The tech told me that all of the rims were straight, no bends. Just had the alignment done and the car tracks perfect. Brakes and rotors are perfect. It's the strangest thing. Any suggestions? Does anybody know a shop in the Annapolis area that I can take her to and have them checked again? Maybe it was the tech? I'm out of ideas.

ebaker is infamous around these parts
I'd guess it's a slightly out of round rim.

I feel the shake on the steering wheel and slightly in the seat. Rotors are all good, tire pressure is 32 front, 39 rear on brand spanking new rubber. I did hear a slight noise under the front end yesterday, like something was slightly loose, sway bar maybe? I'm going to check her out today. If it's a rim can it be repaired or should I start looking for a replacement?
