I was really impressed by the e60 M5. I wasn't expecting it to be right there with my X50. We took it to 160+ and the M5 was right there with me.

Carleton's Z06 sounds like a race car and is very quick! And that's all motor naturally aspirated too

Glad you guys like it, but in all honesty, the M5 was right there with me. I think it looks like I smoked him because of the camera angle, but I wasn't ahead by much at all. I'm going to setup the cameras in my car next time we run to show a more accurate race. Regardless, it was a great time

Yes, it's stock except for EVOMS DV, GT2 Wing, and FVD Daytona steering wheel but none of those are power adders

Thanks for the vid, looks like a lot of fun. Traffic was a bordering heavy for my tastes. I'm not one of those people who say take it to a track, (the reality is, there aren't enough tracks and they put too many stipulations to truly keep street racing off the streets), and I have been known to do a few runs myself. But when there's that much traffic and those kind of speeds, it's dangerous out there. I'm sure you guys are good drivers, I'm not worried about that, it's the idiot who's not looking in his rear view mirror and then tries to get around another car and ends up directly in your path that scares me. I'm not preaching, just saying be safe out there. Thanks for the video though, I definitely enjoyed it. Once you go Protomotive, the rest will be toast!

 

I had some fun with against an M5 in my X50 and I was just as shocked at how fast it was. I actually think that if we had room to go any faster, that the M5 would have slowly started pulling ahead of me.
