Is the 996GT2 too harsh for daily use!?!?

I'm converting the White turbo over to the GT2 clutch/hydraulic etc... for that same reason_

BiggerApe is infamous around these parts
I'm surprised to see so many of you guys recommending the TT or GT2 for a DD. I drive my car a few days a week and everytime on the way home (405 South at 5:30 is a parking lot) I kick myself for driving the TT to work!
dont get me wrong... you can drive next to anything for a DD but just cuz you can, why would you? I drive the **** outta my car whenever I can and It kills me to go thru 5 miles of 10 MPH traffic in a super car.
