i contacted the seller and said i would like to buy it now and would show up with a cashiers check within 24 hours , he said that before he would approve me to "buy it now" he needed to "work out the deposit so he was satisfied.....*******

How can someone be so dumb like him!! Selling that car for 35K... Its too obvious, if I were him, I'll get a better photos! then I'll make it more expensive than 35k...
