Porsches & Coffee Annapolis/Edgewater, Maryland 10/29/06
Weather permitting, Porsche's and coffee, Sunday, 10/29/06, 10:00 a.m. at Starbucks, 3059 Solomon’s Island Road Edgewater, Maryland 21037. From all points, take the capital beltway to Exit 19, Route 50 East, follow to Exit 22, Route 665/Aris T. Allen Blvd, take Aris T. Allen Blvd, pass the Riva Rd exit, go over the bridge/overpass, to the Route 2 exit.
Get on Route 2 south; go over the South River Bridge. After you go over the bridge, the Starbucks is approximately 2-3 miles on the left in a small brick strip mall called South River Crossing, right across from a small airport. This is where it gets tricky. You can't turn left into the strip mall where the Starbucks is located. You have to pass it, cross over Mayo Road, make a U turn and head back north on Route 2. Cross back over Mayo Road and the strip mall will be on your right, approximately 1 mile past Mayo Road. I attached a couple of maps.
Then, if anyone is interested, we can take a drive down to Solomon's Island (35-40 minutes) for some lunch or a beer at a place called Solomon's Pier restaurant. It is a great drive through some southern Maryland country roads. Parking is excellent at both venues. Hope to see you there.

love the porsche's and coffee idea. Wish we could organize something similar here in Reno/Tahoe area.
Maybe some folks will catch on...
Have fun guys (and gals)!
