I have then as well most Proto cars including VRalexander....

I've used those but make sure you re-gap them.

2 weeks ago bought BOSCH FR6
should i get the Denso Double platinum 3245 PK20PR-P8 .032" 0.8mm?
keep the Bosch?or get the denso IK22?
ARE THEY ALL DO THE SAME JOB?
which one is better?
I only use the car on street (not racing)

Stick with the FR6s. They are not all the same and cooper is still a good choice for these motors and the coils they run. No sense in pulling it back apart. There is no gain in what you are doing. Just a loss of a lot of time!
