absolutely the best thread in a long time!!! Makes me use my brain!
Jean, Scott, Scott's friend, fantastic info. I am officially moving my
K-16 max hp to 525 (I just cant get my head around 600), and I am
talking about crank horsepower, which means stock + 110 hp on same
turbos. Anyway, I personally love the 60-130 way of measuring but the
1/4 obsession (which interests me also) has brought a ton of fact and
discussion to the table. It is tough on the darn drivetrain though!!!!
high horsepower guys are breaking axles, not to mention clutch parts
and the transmission (which is top on my list for $10K rebuild )

have kevins k16s 600 hp is what we talked about with stock internals..... as i remember the k16s are a safty factor as far as bent rods and other bbbbbadddd stuff.......

alex how fast can i get more hp am leaving with 50 other p cars next fri for mendo.....remove front wheel drive?????

hey wood i like to roll the acc saves on drive train parts am oild corvette guy which tought me to roll the acc less you loose rear wheels... on p cars it saves all kinds of stuff ..looking at those little tiny half shafts ya gotta break the tires loosse or bend the shafts......thats why me rollls have no guts or i would be a clutch dumper on a roll start
