PSS9 Stiffness Question

I know that the system setup is 1 thru 9. My question is how do I set it correctly? Should I turn it fully clockwise then click back to where I want it or is there another way to insure proper stiffness.

exactly. Turn it all the way to 0 and count the clicks to where you want it.

man....I'd have to look to know, I can't remember. I thought it was counter-clockwise to 1, but hmmm.
