Max WHP went from 364 to 429 which is 65 whp
Max Tq went from 405 to 459 which is 54 ft/lbs

Flywheel hp shouldn't change with a rwd conversion but wheel hp should go up due to less drivetrain loss. I didnt expect such a big change though. Maybe the lightweight flywheel has something to do with it.

Why is the AF have a big dip in the low RPM, and why is there a flat line of HP from 4800-6600??? You should probably come here and remap this ECU.
We have been installing this software for about 5 years. I do not think it needs to be reflashed. What is causing the power fall off? What is the timing doing there? What are the intake temps? I do not think the airflow through the intercoolers is nearly adequate.

tod whats your take on the hp gain???? am thinking about removing my ft wheel stuff....if their is a real hp gain....am getting lazy and enjoy not having to remain on the gas when i.m alittle hot in the turns....after driving a fairly fast 86 t for 10 years it.s nice to just let off and feel the front end bite a hunk outta the road

Rob,
You should bring the Turbo to the drag day on Saturday and see how it runs.

I would love to but I am a bit worried about the new clutch. I not sure if it will be broken in or not. Ive heard 300 miles, 500 miles, and just a simple 10 min bed in procedure. Not sure which is correct. I plan to come but maybe just to watch.

Rob, is this the same dyno you used as a baseline...that seems like a lot, about an 18% gain. Evo uses a 12,5 % RWD and an AWD 18.5% conversion factor and I think Dan quoted 15% and 20% at one point(I think). Regardless, both sets of numbers only provide for a 5-6% loss for RWD to AWD....where is the other 12% coming from, Thanks. Kevin

Just drive it around, 300 miles should be more than enough.
See you there.
