Markski,
I spoke with Todd today about your 2wd setup. Yes, your car is 2wd but it was a little more involved than simply removing the driveshaft. Removed was the driveshaft, front differencial and axles. This definitely removed some weight. The hubs remained with some minor adjustments. You kept the 996tt ABS and PSM. The PSM has the stock threshold numbers.
According to Todd, with the stock viscous coupling, only about 40 pounds of torque is ever transfered to the front tires. If that is correct, it's main use would be for snow, mud and gravel.

Marek,
That is some serious sound coming out them pipes my friend.
Sorry for being late to the party here, I knew Todd would come thru and make you happy Mark, those numbers are sick.
Cant wait to see it in person and hopefully get a ride in that thing soon,
let me know when you are in parts and we will meet for lunch when you have time.
May you enjoy her in good health, you were patient and it paid out.
Congrats to Todd and his ingenuity in making this thing all work out, I know it must have been hard but it is done.
All the best,
Bajo
