Come on Alex .......... the stock 996tt first gear is worthless with 600 hp let alone 871.

Out of my league on this thread, I'm sure, but here are my thoughts.

If the roll out on the Toyo is perhaps a bit longer and the pop on the limiter is a fair amount higher, couldn't stock first gearing FINALLY be of some value?

There was an 'open checkbook' mentality when in came to time and money put into the R&D of this car to make shure that she was "balanced".....ask SPDRACR(high boost run) MEQWKER(low boost run) SHARKEY(low boost run) etc..how she feels under WOT in first gear....I can FLAT foot the car in every gear in 'KILL MODE' (thats well over 1000hp) without breaking traction...given that its on dry pavement with my TR1 rc's on all four corners...you should go for a ride to see what I am talking about

OK I have some cheezy videos.... not much.. it's still cold and Im in low boost. Found some interesting stuff.... notice in the still clips when I let off the gas the WGs shoot out flames(yellow) and then a split second later the exhaust(blue) as well...

Nice video....
Thats normal...just wait until the entire rear undercarriage starts glowing red under high boost....on video, during a drive by it looks like a streak of light just went by.....If we did video with the headlights off...it would look like a shooting star...


PS...get rid on the soccer ball from the rear view mirror before you hurt yourself..
