But is it built by Evoms and a 996TT? That's what i was getting at, they havent gone THAT HIGH to my knowledge in terms of crazy setups, so it will be interesting to see the outcome on DMK's

If I am not mistaken my car and joe's car are camped out next to each other at Evo. By no means am I saying anyone is better then another we all just want hp!

I have a feeling that the E.T. list, Trap Speed list, and 60-30 list will see some major changes in the next 3-4 months. From Protomotive, EVOMS, and Ultimate Motorwerks.

 

I think you guys are confused and didnt comprehend what im saying. I have YET to see a Evoms car put down over 1000hp or at least that are comparable to Alex and Mark's, again maybe im wrong but how about post up some info then. Ive seen GT800-900 kits, thats it!

 

Im sure they will soon... it is a long enduring project.. sometimes things go wrong and u have to rethink... The fuel delivery is a major problem. Big pumps and injectors are not the answer... very complicated.

Yes, I agree with LLM.. if we look back into history it was Protomotive who ran a 10 second car.. a regular AWD car. Since then we all know that Alex can run 9.8 and 9.9 in the quarter if not faster, Marski will beat this most likely and Scott,s car .... I think this is truly amazing since Todd K works in a barn, builds all parts of the cars as well as programming ECUs.. all with out any problems.. this is TRULY remarkable!!! Please dont be offend because my car is getting a GT700 from Stephen. I just look what others have done and with what they have to work with.... truly impressive. But I hope all this makes more competetion because competition is good for us the buyers... so EVOMS, RUF, 9FF, Protomotive... keep competing and merry christmas to all

Exactly what i was trying to point out, im not trying to put one over another company or wokrsmanship wise, i give props to those who came and deliver, who did extraordinary things to these cars with pics, videos and facts, its truely amazing!

I hope EvoMs gets some powerhouse cars up and running in that range, they are also an amazing company. I have nothing from protomotive on my car, so im not being biased one bit, last i checked i had an evo intake LOL.

Fact remains, props and respect are DUE!

Where is the video or timeslip of Alex's car running 9.8 or 9.9?Show proof!EVO had a dyno graph of 1080 hp(FLYWHEEL HP)on their site for many months.This car routinely made 925-950@the wheels on gt35r turbos.The owner didn't like the way the car drove as it had no power under 5k(relatively speaking).The setup was changed back to 30's,in fact its the same setup I have, and left with 8xxrwhp.They tested the limits of the 996 turbo design and know what will last.This is in no way saying that Protomotive doesn't build some crazy fast cars.I believe Todd k is a master at what he does and have total respect for him and his tuning capabilities.In fairness I wanna see them compared at the track.
