Project of the year!

Well..a lot of that varies with the dyno. I made 600 rwhp on a Dynojet at 1.3 BAR with no fans on a hot day. Less on a Dyno Dynamics with 3 fans on a cool day. I'm not sure how much BAR Jitsu's car was running and what dyno was used.
I think you two will be a good race, but I'm pretty sure I know which one will win.

Stephen what did you mean?? "Rob is pushing the limit IMHO"...what am I pushing the limit on? How is that new Hitachi MAF?? Hopefully I will not be blowing any MAFs with that will I?? Is the new programing giving a better GT 700 package?? And which exhaust will I have?? I assume that the Intake splinter is already on the intake??

I would love to see a dyno overlay of the OEM MAF/old file & Hitachi MAF / NEW FILE. I would assume with the Hitachi MAF being able to read over 550 HP, the file can be tuned much more agressively and still be safe on the 91 octane program.

I probably shouldn't have, but I ran her a bit today (just hard in second and third gear) on high boost....all I can say is OH MY ****ING GOD!!!
WOW, I could barely keep her under control. INSANE power! the tires were barely holding traction and I wasn't even fully flooring her.
I simply cannot understand what someone like Marski does w/ 800 plus whp.

1. Brakes are good as addressed by Scott (Divexxtreme)
2. Most 700 and lower horsepower cars have stock internals but you know that I am looking at 3.8 liter in the future so this is not a big issue
3. Suspension... I am working on that currently probably will be addressed after the new year.... must pay taxes
So thanks for worrying however what I am more concerned about is having a bullet proof GT 700 with all the goodies that you have promised me.. Hitachi MAF, the new ECU File, the best exhaust system?? Miltek vs Fabspeed, the best ICs on the market....... I promise I will take care of the other things when I pay my taxes
Cheers
Remember I need her back soon!!!!!!!!

Stephen,
I have been told that these bottom ends are good up to 600 whp if properly tuned.
Now stock TT suspension w/ all that power is another matter. I am a little concerned about running side by side w/ another 600 whp non-GT2 car w/ stock suspension.

It is gray area. How many miles, use, etc. I have seen cars with far less HP loose a rod. Do you know a miss shift can also bend a rod? All relative I guess. Is it something I am worried about, yep. Did I run 600+ to the wheels on mine with stock internals...nope. I just don't want to see anything happen.
Now, the suspension and no roll bar is a simple no no IMHO. But I am not saying anything I haven't been preaching from the beginning.
You have all the goodies on the HP and body. No doubt about that!
