Which rods would you use for a high output engine for up to 7200rpm?

We use Carrillo rods in our 368fwhp 3.4L 911 race car as well as our 500+rwhp 3L turbo 944 race car.

An engine shop may have some in stock for a specific application. They probably stock so many for their more common applications, otherwise they might build to order or custom build to spec.

Titanium rods are kind of tricky. Had a talk with Porsche racing department they change theirs after a few hours of racing. They are a must if you increase revs because of their mass. Also spoke to other tuners and agreed that there is a longevity issue with Titanium in relation with crank. That what they say. We are keeping revs to a max 7150.
