Unhappy I finally lost a race in the GT2

It was to a fellow SECC member in his TT Viper. We did a roll on from 30-130 after leaving the dragstrip last weekend. Surprisingly, he was only about a car and a half ahead of me in the end. Here's his car in action from earlier that day at the strip:

did he have traction problems on your race? A 20mph trap advantage should pull bus lengths on you.

That's what I thought too, but after speaking with a few folks, I discovered that the GT2 has a serious gearing advatage from a roll. I have done roll ons with cars that have trapped in the low 140's and have pulled on them. I ran my buddy's TT C5 Vette that trapped at 138 and I put about 2 1/2 car lengths on him. It's very obvious what Porsche made this car to do, and it wasn't drag race

What the hell kind of magic gearing will allow you to make up a 20mph 1/4 trap speed difference, and where can I buy some? ****, if it was always that easy I shoulda never bothered trying to make my car fast in the first place.

30-130 in a 151mph car? He never got a chance to uncork it. Try a 50-200 run and you wont even be able to see his tail lights in the distance.

So according to your math, I should lose a roll on to a car that traps at 140 too, right?

30-130 isnt long enough when youre dealing with 10 second cars. It only take a few seconds to cover that speed and anything can happen.

Is that speaking from experience? How deep in the 10's does your car run?

BTW...that Viper can run 9's all day long. the run you saw was a 1.88 60'

Lol. Dont get butthurt. Youre the one trying to tell people your 130mph car can stay with a 150mph viper. Im just trying to explain to you that the race wasnt an accurate representation.

And thanks for the negative reps, retard. Am I supposed to be upset?
