The GM stood behind his service rep, we both agreed this got way out of hand. For the sake of being civil, both parties agreed to a compromise. As Rocket said, “this thread should fade away” No need to beat up on SS any more, especially since the GM reached out to help solve the issues.

 

let me end this thread by saying,which I have said from the beginning- SS has a superb service dept. and noone should ever hesitate to bring their car their in the future...Ron, glad this came to a civil ending for all parties involved.
