How to remove the black piece on the bottom of the side skirt?

Hey Guys, I was wondering if anybody knows how to remove the black plastic lower piece of the side skirt on a 996tt cab? It appears to be held on by some screws under the car-- after they are removed does the piece "pop" off with some force?

Thanks in advance!

-Joe

hey Joe, There could be a "slide" involved...most likely forward...but other then that, it SHOULD be just with some force...i mean...its been on there for 3 years now!

btw...330 still good?

hows getting the car to fit in the garage?

Joey I took mine off myself to get painted easy as anything. Look inside the fender well and you can see where the screws are holding the piece in place front and rear. Then you just apply some force and pry it off, there are clips that pop once you start pulling it down

Thanks Drew and Martin... it just pulled off quite easily.

Drew-- we had a little "mishap" so I'm running a little late. My dad and I are going to get some lunch now, so let's make it 4.

I don't want to talk about it.

(nothing to be WORRIED about, just something that needs to be fixed.)
