Sorry to bring up this old thread, but I just installed and then uninstalled the rear H&R sway bar because the right side is making contact in the same position as the OP.

I'm also running PSS9s.

Any tips to get the bars to work without touching?

This post is pretty old. I have come to learn that the smaller springs on the PSS9 are only "tender" springs. Basically, they only keep the main spring in place and keep it from making noise. I had my car setup with very aggressive front camber, added a rear sway. The rears are pretty much stock for wear reasons on the street. A lot of under steer is now dialed out. To help handling even more I put 255/30-18s in front on the stock wheels (the 18s are almost never used).

I just found this thread as I have the exact same issue with the same combination: PSS9's and H&R sway.

I was pointed to Powergrid's adj links (to have them made to a custom length). Anyone have experience with Powergrid?
