Does anyone have any better estimates or data points for a (Misha) GT2 decklid and wing repainted (from silver to black) and install? I bought a used one off ebay, which was previously fitted on a 996tt (so fitment should be correct already with drilled holes already in) and it has the turbo emblem attached already as well. I already have the wire harness needed to fix the error message when the hydraulics get pulled.

Also, any suggestions on sale price for my perfectly working stock 996tt hydraulics, wing and decklid (black)? Shipping is at least $150, I'm already aware of!

ETA: I received one paint estimate total for $750 - $1,000, plus anohter ~$75 to install it. I was sort of expecting the paint part to be closer to $500 total, but what do I know.

In LA we can recommend a shop that would do it for around $500, but there are shops that ask a lot more.
Installation takes 15-30 minutes, just 2 bolts on each side and replacement of the fan, light and harness.

Bump for any new opinions on these two questions?

Have put this off and want to get it done. $825-$1075 estimate seems to high but i am not sure where else to go in columbus oh to get it done.
