He may not have the big wheel look but he still wont have that look with all black and how many millions of cars have black with chrome or polihed lips. I do like the Red Stripe idea on all black. And possibly the gold lip with black center. Seems like he wants to do something different, dont see why anyone should discourage that.

 

Dez I completely agree, I like where Jag's head is at, looking and thinking outside of the box and it could turn out absolutely amazing. I also wanted to do a seal grey lip with black center or vice versa, but just went the classic way since I knew I would get bored and save the headache!

 

I'm all for Jags givin' it a go! I love to be different myself! I'm sitting with a set of OZ Superleggeras III 3 Piece Split rims in bits at the moment also deciding what to do! I just don't want to see myself/others getting it wrong because it becomes demoralising for me/them after having something pretty good in the first place and I peronally think Jags set a trend with the Gold anyway! I don't think the Red Stripe will work, all Black could be the way to go or Black with Gold lip would work also, I'm going to be looking at it more closely tomorrow (more photoshop work) as mine are booked in to be done Monday, but I might just be plain boaring and do the Satin Black centre with Chrome lip, never seen that before, lol

 

I wish I knew how to photoshop, I would put examples of all of them. Would be a neat way to compare.

 

I will try and post some more tomorrow to give us ideas! It would be fine for other Porsche colors like Blues, Reds, Yellows, these would give further options on colored wheels.

What about some spinning pictures, lol, seen some of these around, so bad!

FYI I got my new MLE mag yesterday which has a cl550 with black lips and chrome centers and it looks pretty stealthy. And those wheels hand small lips.

they should be chrome, might be different screen colors (your own set up) It might be mine (laptop) as I'm doing this from home and not on the work monitors
