I am sorry to hear about your experience at CA but I have used them on more than one occasion, I just had my tires from The Tire Rack Load balanced last week perfect service. You are the first person I have ever heard of to bad mouth there service...there is always two sides to a story I will have to go with my own experience on this and they are a first rate outfit best in the Bay Area, period.

You can check out the camber too, I have a Smart camber guage
