I would be very hesitant to race for money...You may have a chance from a roll as others have stated, though my gut feeling is that he will beat you.

I would not suggest running that EVO from a dead stop in your turbo...or even from a highway roll on with race gas...when I had my GT35R setup on the EVO, it trapped in the middle 130's on high boost (36psi)...on pump gas it should be a fair race from a 40+mph roll...

Invite him out to Vegas for the 6speed meet ...

I don't know alot about Evos, do you think that he's got a sub 6 second 60-130 with that setup?

NO WAY is he in the sub six second caterogy... 2.4 liter with GT35R on high boost in a 3000lb car should be in the high six second range...
