Porsche Speed Yes..How About Motorcycles?

Sold my R1 this spring, and that will probably be the last fast bike I owned. Way too fast, way too dangerous. Even on tracks, you can hurt yourself pretty badly. You may get wiser, but you aren't getting any luckier.

Shoot me a PM. We run into very good monsters at very good prices. Some are single sided swingarms and some have 4 valve heads. We build bikes to suit from the ground up for people that want something different.

i love the 1098. gorgeous bike. it's nice to see ducati do the right thing with regards to styling. the 999's were great bikes, but butt ugly.
i had an 02 mille R. i should have kept it in hindsight. i got the bug for one of the new japanse liters bikes and picked up an 06 ZX10R. after about 6 months i quickly realized why i had gotten rid of my previous japanese liters and sold it to get the duc. i'll never own another japanese inline 4.

I agree on the Jap inline's they are fast but no soul. I had a Honda 929 twitchy and boring (at least when it wasn't twitching). If the new 1098 comes out in yellow I may be forced into getting one. I perfer yellow on ducks. Would you care to post a pic of my Factory for me? I can email but not post on here.

Nice stuff (as expected). Mostly I am into the older bikes now, but I still have my '60s Ducati 250 cafe racer in the garage. In the last year I sold a '70s Laverda 1000 Jota, 1951 BSA Gold Star and a pair of '70s Harley XR1000s.
My token 2 newer bikes are Harley Ultra and Suzuki DRZ400 dual sport.
A couple of months ago I was testing the impressive new Triumph Tiger 1050 with some other motojournalists in Spain. A lot faster than I am used to riding through the mountains' blind sweepers!
If I can figure out how I will upload pix of my little Ducati.

I have a 2006 Harley Sportster 1200L. Have basic Stage 1 upgrade and some 2" extended forward controls. Plan on doing some motor work to it here shortly, along with a nice fat tire kit in the rear.
