Thumbs up So far, so good!

Hey guys,
I went ahead and ordered a CF rear window/roof spoiler as well as some CF Turbo door sill inserts.

I paypal'd Alan (Porsche Dynamic) after a few emails and negotiations back and forth. He was very responsive and very helpful and reasonable in our discussions.

I finally sent the payment last Thursday (4 days ago) and the items arrived at my office Today, Monday!!! That is amazingly fast as far as I am concerned.

I opened up the box and everything was packaged and shipped well. There was no damage or scratches of any kind.

At first glance, everything looks great. The carbon fiber roof spoiler only shows the carbon weave on top so it is likely not a pure CF piece through and through. For my purposes and price, I am more than happy with the product. It looks great and is nearly 100% flawless with only a few tiny, tiny spots in the finish (just pin point clear flaws like you might see on a fresh paint job before you buffed an polished it out).

The door sills also look great (again, for the money). The only thing that I am slightly disappointed in was the 'Turbo' logo as it is a sticker applied on the outside and not cleared over so it may get scratched and have to be removed...

Overall, I would buy from this seller again. For the price, the quality and service and thus overall value were well worth what I paid in my opinion.

I sincerely hope that the few people who have had issues (seems mostly due to shipping fiascos) will work with Alan to get them resolved. I know that he is working hard to get things right and I am personally happy to have an affordable alternative to the overly expensive Porsche products that are everywhere...

Just to be clear, I have no affiliation with the seller. I'm just a member who gave it a shot and wanted to post my actual experiences and opinions. I hope that the rest of you benefit from my comments/experiences as I have from so many of yours...

Hey,
Forgot to ask...does anyone know the best way to mount these roof/wing spoilers??? Is there a special, super strong tape or goop of some sort that I can pick up??
Thanks!

I'm out $400 and sit here with a piece of crap that will cost me another $500 to fix.

I learned my lesson to pay the price up front. I've lost too much money trying to save money - it's just not worth the hassle in the end (to me)...

I would only use MA Shaw or Misha Wings for any replica type work, they stand behind their products 100%

Here's my GT2-style wing blade (purchased from PorscheDynamic). Again, I thought that the fit and finish were excellent on mine, but there have been so many bad experiences reported by other members with this guy that it's a tough recommendation. It's too bad, I would really like to get a set of CF mirrors from him.

Quick thread digression: has anyone purchased CF mirrors from this guy???

...and now back to the pics. From the back:

And a close-up of the wing:

I see that, is there still a website for this place, I cant find it. I am going to buy the less expensive Carbon Fiber hood, so I can clear bra the front bumper, get my stock hood srayed and sit it aside and fuhghetaboutit. Saves 16lbs there and then I'd get the wing to match to look good on track. I need a more tracky (?) look.

I think he was just on eBay. I checked, but he doesn't seem to have any current listings (at least any CF ones that I could find with a search).

I got my GT2 add on wing from him and it came with no problems and looks very good for the price. As far as email he never responded to 5 of mine about shipping info either. He also didnt leave me any feed back.
