Again, I agree watercooling is ideal. Will not connecting it cause things to fry instantly? I haven't seen this to be the case.

my point is, if it has water ports, USE them, you do not want your ***** (ball bearings) slapping together

I agree that if the coolant ports are there, then they should be used unless the vehicle's coolant system cannot deal with the extra heat. I looked at a friends EVO GT700 and the CHRA did not have coolant lines hooked up, although it did have the ports. Stated above, that kit has GT32 turbos. It was installed by an authorized EVO shop, so I assume this is common practice. Does anyone know of any EVO turbo failures? I have not heard about any.

The vehicle cooling systems are never unable to deal with the extra heat. The extra heat from watercooling your turbo is miniscule. It's very high temp, but very low volume & flow. A warm day will make a bigger difference to the overall cooling system than the addition of watercooling.

what is the maxium horsepower the GT 700 can produce?? Stephen at imagine auto sayed his GT800 plus kit made 697 horsepower at the wheel?? Has anyone else seen these horsepower and at what boost..
