Yes the setup is being kept as is. The program may change slightly with the new motor. Todd Knighten is doing the tuning and he knows he will be tuning it with and without the nitrous activated.

taizen is infamous around these parts
Wirx,

Looking good. I'd get a remote bottle opener from dynotunenitrous.com so you don't have to reach back to turn the bottle. It's the best one I found - easy to use and reliable.

Wirx congrats for being willing to do something that's rarely done. I have one question though, why'd you choose that location for the bottle? Why not on the floor just behind the passenger seat or up front in the luggage area?

Actualy I can easily open bottle, if I sit in driver seat
Nitrous bottle must be like this \ higher end directing to front of car, because if U accelerate, nitrous oxide gas are pulled to the lower end of bottle, where is located injecting tube (sry my mother language isn't english)
And another point is that - I can't put whole box of beer into front luggage area if there is a NOS bottle

I wouldn't put a nitrous bottle in the cab. where I sit. I wouldn't even plumb the gauge there unless it was electronic with the solenoide outside the drivers compartment. Have you ever seen a fire fueled by nitrous?

If you are going to put it in the drivers area I sure hope you have a blow off tube vented outside. As for the direction of the bottle. Front to rear is perferable, however it still works well side to side as long as you maintain the 45 degree angle. Remember, there is a dip tube in the bottle that draws the nitrous off the very bottom of the bottle.

Do they make a boost control switch?? once your boost hits 1.0 bar it automatically turns off your Nitro?? this would seem to be better than a rev limited spray??

those are really nice, but if U put purge ports to directly intercooler, then u get nitrous purged and intercoolers colder

We actually do that using another approach. We use liquid CO2. We have adouble jacketed "Y" pipe. The CO@ is routed from the bottle, to the jackets on both sides of the "Y" pipe and then sprayed on the intercoolers.

Note the braided stainless steel supply line routed to the left bank of the insulated double jacketed "Y" pipe
