997GT3 Wheels on a 996TT?
I'm trying to find some nice wheels for my 996TT-S and i'd love to keep the OEM look. Would the 19" wheels from the new '07 GT3 fit on the 996TTs? I'm not sure if the offsets are correct, but the wheel width is ideal and i love the way like look. Does anyone know if they'll fit, do i need spacer? and does anyone have any for sale?

but the GT3s are still narrow body. Also how wide are the wheels from the '04+ GT2? The 997GT3 wheels are the perfect width.
if the GT3RS wheels will fit, where can i get those?

Jason,
What's the weight difference between the RS and the regular 997GT3 wheels?

The 997 gt3 rears are 12 inches wide so that shouldnt be an issue. I called Brandywine because they had a new set for sale and they assured me that there was no way they could be made to fit a 996tt

FYI-
RS wheels will fit a 996tt without using any spacers!
The RS uses a 8.5 width/ 53mm offset front and the 996tt uses a 8.0/ 50mm front. So the RS wheels are 1/4" wider on each side compared to the 996tt, but the RS offset is 3mm(1/8") less agressive. Subtract the wheel width from the offset and the RS fronts extend 1/8" further out than the 996tt wheels.
Use the same formula for the rears:
RS=12/51 and the TT=11/45. RS wheels are 1/2" wider on each side that the TT wheel, but have 6mm (1/4") less agressive offset. So the RS wheels extend 1/4" further out than the TT wheels.
