Like I said, this might have no bearing on your issues, but thought I'd toss it out. Good luck either way.
I thought the same thing, so I tried to run it with the cap off, but still did not run...

Off Topic-Couldn't resist...

Since it seems like you have received some good responses to your inquiry and I have nothing better to add than what was already stated...

I couldn't resist...I just saw this video for the first time today and this thread totally reminded me of this...

Let me know if it's the vent valve in the gas tank

Thumbs up

That is GOOD NEWS!!!

My car is still at the dealers . So far new fuel pump, new filter and new fuel regulator. They removed ALL the fuel lines and cleaned out some sort of black gunk and they are going to drain the gas tank and put in new gas. I HOPE THIS WORKS.

I just had surgery today on my legs from a auto accident (woman nailed me at a stop light at 60 mph) in Jan 07. I CAN NOT DRIVE FOR A MONTH . I told the dealer they had to flat bed it back home, so I will hopefully see it tomorrow.

Hey Wross, yup there is a small rubber feed line on the fuel pump that splits. Seen it several times, I had a GT3 do it too, it is the most common fuel pump issue, the pump still runs and pumps fuel, but with the split line, it just pumps it from the tank, right back into the tank. Look me up you when you come get it.

Thanks for the kind words, it's really nice to hear good experiances at dealerships. I dont know if you have heard of the First saturdays of the months meet at Paragon Motorcars, but you should definitely come by. I know the owner well, and we are discussing doing 2 saturdays a month during the warm summer months. A lot of 6 speeders, and a lot of the guys I met through MANA before...well you know. BTW, I love the interior of your car with the CF and the red, and that is one of the coolest steering wheels I have seen yet. Now it's time to get it out and enjoy it!
