Its not that hard but you need a lot of tools to get the job done. I would highly suggest buying the filter cap wrench (Porsche Part number 000 721 920 40). This thing is a ***** to remove with anything else and you will wind up scratching your filter cap with another kind of tool. There are 2 drain bolts and two turbo drain bolts (one for each turbo) for a total of 4 drains for a proper oil change. Most home mechanics do not have 27mm open wrench and a 27mm socket for the cap wrench. You need the open wrench for one of the drain bolts and the other for the cap wrench (see instructions). Also order new washers for all the drain plugs. They come in aluminum and copper, make sure you match them up with the ones you are replacing. Mobil 1 0W40 is factory fill and should be what is used. Keep in mind if you use jacks stands, you should use 4, so that the car is level during the drain. If the back is jacked up, some oil may remain in the front of the crank case, since the oil drain plug is in the middle of the crankcase at it's lowest point. I have not verified this fact, it's only what I have been told. It does make logical sense, imo and that is what I am going to do on my first change shortly. GT3, GT2 and TT share the same crankcase...
