Question HELP (RUIN MY REAR TIRES AFTER INSTALL NEW HOSES)b?

OK!
I Put the car on my lift today to Install a pair of new k24s and as soon i took off the rear tires i found out the rear passenger tire at the side of the shocks was worn to the metal threads(sorry for the bad explanation).
The driver side at the same place is worn too but just very little
I Installed the tires last year i did not put more than 4000 miles .
I Also installed few months ago the red intercooler hoses and the tires was fine .
Now for some reason the tires scrubing to the rear wheel plastic cover on the bottom ,front from the bottom intercooler hose ,who connects to the turbo
When i installed the tires last year my mechanic did a 4 wheel aligment.
Should i add 1/2 inch more spacers ?
Anyone had the same problem?
What should i do?
By the way i only installed the passenger side turbo today a little P.I.T.A
i got some new headers from the internet for k24s who i was not impressed
with the workmansip.
I will send my computer for a new programm to upsolute tommorow
(wish me luck)
Thank you in advance!!!

Those rear fender liner brackets can be modified (BENT or even REMOVED) and plastic liner tied back a bit to prevent rubbing. You can probably get about 1/2 extra clearance by removing and straightening the liner brackets. I would also advise softening up the plastic fender liner wit a heat gun and reshaping a bit to take advantage of the new shape of the bracket.

if you want a factory like job you can replace the rear fender liner bracket and new fender liners with a GT2 version. It's shorter and has a slight twist it will give you slightly more room, there is also a GT2 fender liner. they look identical to the turbo version the only diff is the mounting hole for the shorter mounting bracket, atleast from what I can tell. I just finished up with this mod recently.

Oak,
are you being redundant?
"GT2 version"
"GT2 fender liner"
are these (2) things different?

sorry, the GT2 has different inner plastic liners front and rear. I replaced the rear liners and bracket. there is a bracket that mounts to the IC housing it is much shorter and has a slight twist to pull the plastic liner back for slightly more clearence.
