I can't believe no information regarding the cranks.

The GT3 and 996tt cranks were basicall designed for the same power. The difference being the GT3 crank was also designed for a much higher rpm range.

The main differences being the counter weights and the journal width and thickness. The 996tt counter weights if I remember correctly are shorter and lighter. The GT3 journals are smaller and wider. I am looking for the actual dimensions.

I have looked also and information is really lacking .

Are they made from the same forging ?

Are they made from the same alloy of steel?

Are the internal oil passages the same size/location/number?

Are they balanced with the same % of overbalance (if any at all)

Is the heat treat the same?

Are the radius at the journals the same?

Of course are the journals the same size?

Counter weight shape and size??
