The pin will push through only if the FPR is pushed in all the way. You'll barely have enough room to push the vacuum hose on when it's in all the way. Don't forget, just install the clip from the top too.

I'm trying to get my 5bar FPR installed and I need some help guys... So is it located right under the air injection pump? Can you see it without removing the pump? Does anyone have pics on removing the air injection pump? Check out the pic below I found, my question is what did it take to see it? Thanks...

You will need to just unbolt the pump and move it aside. Once you move the pump you will see the fpr from the top. The view in the pics is not how it will look from the engine bay.

I used a large and long screw driver with the tip wedged into I believe was the engine mount and used the arm of the screw driver to push the top of the fpr and seat the fpr into the housing to install the clip from the top. When I orginally removed the clip to remove the old fpr it was install from the bottom.

hope this helps, did you try the search funtion?

Do you guys think a 5 BAR FPR. 30+% more pressure taxes the fuel lines etc?

1.2 bar rolls of the tongue pretty easy, but it's like 18 PSI.
