Need a good picture of a Ruf muffler

Gang,
I am almost done with the exhaust shoot out and went to pull my pictures off of my camera only to discover the disc was bad. I have already sent the Ruf back to them and can't find a better picture anywhere than the one on their site. If anyone has an out of the box pic that I could use please email me. I am finally near completion.

Not yet The thing to remember this is a comparison from stock. Each muffler has its own band and RPM ranges that are different than others. Some carry a broader range, some more power, some more TQ. Depending on what one person is looking for there is a muffler for their application. Very soon I will release this.

Thanks Darren for the pic, you are Da man!

Just a little curious on the Ruf muffler. Somewhere on the net I found a reference to a "clever" bypass system... It kind of sounded like, at higher rpms, it bypasses the more restrictive part of the stock system? Although I can't find any details at all anywhere... other than that scant reference.

Also, I found on another website a claim that the fabspeed has 50% less backpressure than the Ruf. (If that's the case, I guess that bypass system isn't all that clever....)

Anyone have more details, pro or con, on the Ruf exhaust? I can't seem to find anything with reasonably objective, complete information.

I guess your best bet is to wait for the dyno numbers....

Hey . . . that looks like my exhaust in those photos. Do I get any royalty payments?
