Hmmmm.....a fire extinguisher mounted in the car is required. I have a very busy work week and am not sure if I can get this safety requirement in time.
Oh, Mark....I am offering a room in the house...not my tires, lol. My wife will cook, however.

Have Todd take a look at my Conti's (19") on my car. I bought them with
500 miles and have put on about 2500. They might work, otherwise Bobby must have some.

So lets see: I need a fire extinguisher, a helmet (I probably should get one anyway since it looks like I will be doing at least 2 events a year) and the entry fee will set me back $200.
I would love to see what my baby could do at top speed but I am slammed w/ work comming back from spring break (am supposed to get some work done this Sat.). I guess we will see what I can pull off this week.
Edit: I just noticed that this event is 160 miles from my house....thats it....I can't afford to miss that much work. I guess I will just have to be satisfied w/ the Supra nats from last week.

srsly...160 miles away from the Texas Mile and you've got an amazing car capable of high top speeds and you're choosing not to go

hmmm, can't make it next week but i will be there in Oct. their rules are far less stringent than the Nevada rules.

I believe Joe's GTTT will be there but i could be wrong. I believe the pro driver they had broke his hand but they were planning on breaking the Veyron's speed record of 254 with his new 1525HP engine.
