So just how fast is a Ferrari F360 ?
I'm normally a very conservative road driver and never go looking for trouble, however for a second or two today I saw red - in the shape of a red F360.
I was on my home driving in traffic and happened to land up behind a F360 - no big deal, plenty of time to admire all the detail of the body work etc - and how 'skinny' the rear tires seemed.
So we both turn right and suddenly the left hand lane opens up - I normally enter that lane in readiness for making a left turn at the next lights.
However the F360 saw me and presumably thought I wanted to 'play'. At which point he cuts in front of me to pass a slower car in the right hand lane and guns it - must say the Ferrari engine sounded sweet.
So at this point he had the jump on me and started to pull away - not to be out done I was at WoT in an instant and caught him up in a flash to the point where I had to back off lest I get a little too close.
Had I not been making a left turn and if the traffic conditions had be safer I'm convinced the F360 would have been toast.
The only question is how badly would the F360 have gotten burned ?

Modified title - how slow are F360's ? :-)
Per Markski - maybe I should have titled the thread 'How slow are F360's' !
Having used the search engine - seems the topic has been discussed before.
I wonder how many F360 owners think they've got a fast car and take anything with 4 wheels down - including a TT ?
