Very nice interior, the red stitching is amazing looking and finding one with the full on CF interior makes it such a great find - cant wait to see it all - very nice!

Thanks for the kind words fellas! I looked at 20+ cars in my search and this was by far the nicest one I looked at. I can't get over how much steering feel there is. You can actually feel the crown in the road, the tar snakes, everything!

Total noob question, but I need to know how to determine if I have Basalt Black or regular black. I was trying to order bumperplugs. I'm sure its a code or something under the hood, right? Thanks guys.

Congrats, Sean... I stopped by Sean's on Saturday night and took a look and a quick drive down to Home Depot. This thing is beautiful!!! The interior is unreal and the car, even stock, is amazing. Good job, buddy...let the modding begin! Hopefully I'll join you soon...need a turbo badly!!!

Check in the driver's side door jam...pretty sure that's where it is. I believe that you have a regular black. Basalt appears to have metallic flake in it but I didn't get to look too closely under any lights on Saturday...

I remember reading some of your posts on the M5 board about you thinking about which car to get a few months ago, I guess this is the car that you finally decided on. A great choice. I may even sell my M5 in a year or two and go the same route you did. Good luck and have fun.
