boost issue

i have the giac flash and only see 0.8 bar sometimes 0.9. i did change the dvs and no difference.

is there a software tool for these cars where i can log actual boost vs. requested?

anyone have ideas on what it could be? boost leak?....

yes, it is the giac 1.0 bar file. it should be doing 1 bar all the time.

Drew, have your local giac dealer check it out. I have the same giac flash and see 1.0 all the time, I've even seen 1.1 a couple of times.

do you get a consistent 1.0 bar when flooring it in second and third gear?

i only seem to get 0.9 at best right towards the top of the powerband...

Pretty consistent, especially on colder days/nights. I've heard that the stock boost gauges are not that accurate so you might not even have a problem other than the gauge itself.
