although i'm partial to the 996, when you see them side by side, i can understand what porsche was thinking w/ the 997 wheels - look much better.

996 is suited much better with darker colours in comparison to the 997.

I kinda like the 996 wheels better. IMO the 997 wheels are too busy.

The 997 tt is growing on me but those wheels are NASTY! YUCK!

The wheels, although not my favorite, look better on the 997 in person. The 997 also looks like it was lowered, but my friend insists that it was not. Perhaps they came with less fender gap?

I can't wait to put wheels and coilovers on!

Both look great. IMO wheels aren't that big of a deal because they can be changed! It's the body that matters.....

I prefer the round headlights the 997 has, they remind me of the old days.

The 996 headlights have always been ugly IMO.
