Bought a 2003 X50!

Hello everyone!

I just picked up a 2003 X50 6spd with 12k miles on the clock. I know I'm not tell you all anything you don't already know, but what a car! I've been having a blast!

I have already started upgrading the little "trinkety" things like getting rid of the color crests on the wheels, smoked side markers, bumper plugs on the front, door, winshield wiper, etc.

I have a Dension Gateway 500 ready to install as well as a Sirius receiver. It will be nice to get some tunes in this rig! Now if I could only find where the darn fiber optic cables are hidden under the hood! grrrrrrr

Anyway, here's a couple of photos of of my new baby:

Have a great weekend!

Rob

Nice car, nice pics, great first post! Enjoy the ride.

Interesting to see the aerokit rear wing with the normal front bumper.

Kris & CarNerd, Thanks for the compliments! I have some more fun photos on my photo website, www.hatrakphoto.com, if you're bored. I have some CGT photos there as well as a few other exotics.

Kris, is it abnormal to not have the painted front chin spoiler on a car with the aerokit wing?

Thanks,

Rob

All the aerokit cars I've seen have had the front chin spoiler. If you have the original sticker for the car you can check to see if the car was ordered as an aerokit car...may also be able to find it in the codes under the front hood. Most likely the last owner got tired of scraping the aerokit lip
